A stelar cast, led by top actresses Hélène Bourgeois-Leclerc, Julie Le Breton and Anick Lemay will return for a 2nd Season of “Bad Karma » (27 x 30’), which recently started shooting in Montréal (Canada). The series will be broadcast in a few months in prime-time on Radio-Canada.

“Bad Karma” is a big success on Radio-Canada : 25% of the viewers watched in average Season 1. “Bad Karma » (27 x 30’), is written by Isabelle Langlois and produced by Sphère (« Sophie », « Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin »,..)

Radio-Canada has also already commissionned a THIRD season of “Bad Karma » (27 x 30’), : we will have soon 40 episodes/scripts of 30 min available.

“Bad Karma » (27 x 30’), is available as “ready made” (to be dubbed/subtitled) or as “Scripted format” (= remake).

Laurent Tirard, one of the creators of the French series “Jeff & Leo, cops and twins” (original French title : “Jeff & Leo, Flics et Jumeaux” / 14 x 52′ / M6) will direct the movie ‘Astérix and Obélix: God Save Britannia’.

Laurent Tirard grew up admiring American films, such as those by Steven Spielberg. He studied film making at New York University, worked as a script reader for Warner Bros, then began writing scripts for film and television. He wrote and directed his first feature, The Story of My Life, in 2004, co-wrote the hugely successful Prête-moi ta main (How to Get Married and Stay Single) for Alain Chabat in 2005, then wrote and directed his second film, Molière, the following year. In 2009, Tirad wrote and directed the movie « Little Nicholas », a great success at the French box office, achieving more than five million admissions!

With an estimated €50 million budget, the fourth instalment of the very succesful Astérix franchise is expected to shoot in August and September Co-written and directed by Laurent Tirard, ‘Astérix and Obélix: God Save Britannia’ will star Edouard Baer, Gérard Depardieu, Fabrice Luchini and Catherine Deneuve. The film is a broad adaptation of Rene Goscinny and Albert Uderzo’s original 1966 comicbook ‘Asterix in Britain’

“Jeff & Leo, cops and twins” is a mix of a comedy and a police series and is broadcast on M6 (RTL Group).
