CRAZY COW and the French production company Cocktail Productions announced today that they have inked a worldwide deal (Ca-us exc) for the development of the drama series “UPA -Bodyguards” (6 x 50′).
CRAZY COW will help Cocktail Productions to work on pre sales of the project “UPA -Bodyguards”.
Good news for the fans of “Bad Karma” : Radio-Canada has just commissioned a Seconnd Season of this nice dramedy series !

Russia is now working on the adaptation of the Canadian series “Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin″ (52 x 60′/ Radio-Canada).
CRAZY COW sold directly the 3 (!!!) first Seasons, and the series is now in pre production in Kyev and Moscow. .
The Russian remake of “Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin″ will be produced soon and wil launch later this year.
“MPU-Missing Persons Unit’ (original Belgian title = “Vermist”) , the EYEWORKS police series about five members of the Missings Persons Task Force investigating mysterious disappearances is now broadcast on French TV.
The French private channel M6 (Part of RTL Group) will launch the series on Wednesday January 5th.
“MPU” is the first Belgian police series EVER sold to France. The French title of the series is “Urgence Disparitions”.
Superb cast, well written scripts as well as well written characters, and a great direction : “MPU-Missing Persons Unit’ is as good as an American movie/series, but with a European touch !
