CRAZY COW has just inked a deal with Canadian production company Upfront Entertainment Inc for the distribution in France of the lifesyle show “Take this house and sell it” (156 x 30′)

“Take this house and sell it” is already sold to a.o. Belgium and Scandinavia, and CRAZY COW and Upfront Entertainment Inc have now extended their collaboration for the French market.

CRAZY COW has inked a deal for the distribution of the Canadian series “Sophie” (32 x 30′/ CBC) and “Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin″ (39 x 60′/ Radio-Canada). CRAZY will present the “ready made” of “Sophie” and the scripted format of “Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin″ in Dutch-speaking markets and in the CIS-markets.

Both series are produced by Sphère Média Plus. Headquartered in the Montreal area (Canada)and lead by Jocelyn Deschènes, the production company is a major player on the television landscape, with over 720 episodes to its credit, or 550 viewing hours produced or under production, broadcast during prime time.

CRAZY COW and the Canadian production company Point de Mire announced today that they have inked a deal for the distribution of the Canadian drama series “La Promesse” (104 x 50′).

Thirteen-year-old Isabelle Chamberland, the eldest daughter of Yves and Aline Chamberland, finds herself responsible for managing the household after her mother’s sudden death. Aline, the victim of a hit-and-run car accident, dies in Isabelle’s arms after the girl has made her a promise: that she will take care of her father and brothers, and, above all, do everything in her power to hang on to the family’s chocolate business, which has faithfully served three generations of chocolate-lovers.

“La Promesse”, which is broadcast since 2005 in prime-time on TVA (leading commercial network in French-speaking Canada), is now available as “ready made” and as “scripted format”.
