CRAZY COW inks worldwide distribution deal with VTM

Monday, April 7th, 2008

CRAZY COW and the private channel VTM announced today that they have inked a deal for the distribution of the Belgian police series “City District” (52 x 50′ /original Belgian title = “Zone Stad”).

CITY DISTRICT is set in Antwerp and its authenticity distinguishes it from other police series. Not a single case, but various stories interwoven. A touch of “real life”, with police working on several cases at the same time, failing to solve crimes in the twinkling of an eye and sometimes even throwing the towel into the ring.

CITY DISTRICT, which is broadcast since 2003 on VTM (leading commercial neytwork in Belgium), is now available worldwide (with the exception of Czech Republic, French-speaking markets and the Netherlands). CRAZY COW will launch CITY DISTRICT at MIP TV and will present it as “ready made” and as “scripted format”.
