CRAZY COW has just inked a deal with the Italian company Gig for teh worldwide distribution of teh cartoon Tv series “ASSEN” (26 x 22′).
The cartoon series is based on the concept of using real sport idols, represented as cartoon features, in order to communicate positive social and educational messages to the young generation. By means of entertainment and with the testimonial of high sport personalities.
It’s an innovative (for technique and cartoon concept) series in production, for Adventure/Comedy aimed at 8-21 years, It ‘s the first project of cartoons devoted to motorcycling.
The story, partly based loosely on the life of world champion Valentino Rossi, is mixed with adventures in space that vaguely resemble the Tron Disney.
So the genre “is sport-adventure” which captures a specific target audience “Teen”.
The series will be produced for Rai in Italy and CRAZY COW will start soon talks with many broadcasters for teh worldwide launch of the series.

The Dutch network NEDERLAND 1 launched last weekend Season 6 of the police series « Cops Maastricht » (63 x 50’/ Finished Program OR Scripted Format) IN FRONT of the hit format « THE VOICE » (from Talpa’s John de Mol / format sold to more than 30 countries, including BBC, TF1 (France), NBC (USA),…) and the successful Eyeworks series was able to attract 1,6 million viewers and 22 % market share !

« Cops Maastricht » (63 x 50’) is the MOST SUCCESSFUL series in the Netherlands. In 2010, the series was moved into the most competitive timeslot of the entire week, Friday night 8:30, but « Cops Maastricht » (63 x 50’) won every single week, beating « X Factor » (RTL4) and « Stricly come Dancing » (SBS6).

« Cops Maastricht » is also broadcast in the Middle East, in Belgium (VRT) and in Italy on Berlusconi’s Mediaset (Italian title = Flikken – Coppia in giallo)..

CRAZY COW is proud to announce that it has sold the remake rights of the French comedy movie « An original couple » (aka « Un couple modèle ») to a big independant Indian producer fell under the spell of this « Odd Couple » story.

« An original couple » is written by Jean-Claude Islert and Pierre Colin-Thibert and registred by Charlotte Brandstorm. The movie is produced by PM Films (part of Carrère Group).

The remake rights are already sold to GERMANY and « An original couple » is in post production with German actors. CRAZY COW is also in talks with several European countries and has now also interest from HOLLYWOOD, for a local REMAKE.

Finally, there is a lot of interest for the French movies (comedy) « A Villa for 2 » and « A Ferrari for 2 » : these 2 movies are coming from the SAME DREAM TEAM as « An original couple » : SAME WRITERS-SAME PRODUCER-SAME ACTORS.

CRAZY COW has just inked a deal with the Italian company GIG for the worldwide distribution of the CARTOON SERIES TV “Ronaldinho Gaucho’s Team” (52 x 11’).

As created by Mauricio de Sousa (the greatest artist for children comics in Brazil and owner of the Ronaldinho Gaucho’s Team characters), represents the design of the young Ronaldinho, one of the best soccer players of all times. Ronaldinho Gaucho’s Team tells about the youth of the great champion to be, a childhood which had a great influence in the making of the future soccer star.

CRAZY COW is excited to be working with GIG on the international success of “Ronaldinho Gaucho’s Team” (52 x 11’).

CRAZY COW has inked a licence agreement with VTM (largest comercial Tv station in Belgium), which has acquired the rights to Season 6 of “Take this house & sell it”.

The program will launch in February in Belgium.

The Canadian series “Sophie” (32 x 30) is now broadcast on the Russian channel Foxlife, and also on Fox in teh Benelux.

Adapted from the popular Francophone series Les hauts et les bas de Sophie Paquin, which Radio-Canada has been carrying for two years, “Sophie” is also broadcast on CBC (Canada) and ABC Family (US).The series was then described as a comedy-drama in which a pregnant businesswoman is having a particularly tough year.
